Question: How can you loose weight healthy and fast!?
Hi!. I've been overweight for a long time now!. I've tried everything i could, but I can't seem to find anything that works!. Are there any exercise things I could do or any food I can replace!. I'm just sick of being stared at just for being fat! Help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Excersise and healthy eating!. Aim for at least 30mins a day!. Don't try and push yourself or starve yourself - it won't work!. Eat healthy regular meals every day - don't skip any and don't over-eat! Start off with just fast walking every day, when you get fitter you can start jogging, swimming, cycling -what ever you enjoy the most!
You should create an excerise and diet journal to keep track of what you need to do and to keep you motivated!. Give yourself a treat after reaching a certain goal - no icecream or lollies though!! :D

Well, this may not be the most HEALTHY way to lose weight!.!.!.but here it goes: Constantly drink Acai Berry juice, eat only 2 big meals a day (breakfast and lunch), and only eat a portion size of your fist!. Acai juice is actually REALLY good for you to!. Its very high in antioxidants!. I've been doing this for about a week or so!. Please dont down rate me!.
