Question: Ways to loose your apetite without drugs!?
Not about loosing weight but what can you drink or eat (NO drugs) but anything that makes you feel like you don't want to eat kind of like speed does, do you know anything that makes you loose your apetite!? Like the others have already said, water works to help suppress your appetite!. Drink lots of water and you won't feel hungry all the time!. Eating foods high in fiber also help you feel fuller longer!. I find what helps me the most is just keeping busy!. Doesn't have to be anything active physically!. Just mentally!.
