Congratulations on losing 100 lbs! That is incredible!. I think that if you believe you look great, then you look great!. People who call you fat are cruel!. I personally think that if you can't say anything positive, just be quiet!.

If and when you want to lose additional weight, I believe you will be motivated to do so and you already know what it takes to get the job done!. Just please stop at a healthy weight!.

Princess, I do not think that the questioner meant compared to you!. I think that you are underweight, honey!. It is just as medically unsafe to be underweight as it is to be overweight, but this society just praises the skinny and this culture has your mind screwed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, hell yeah you should be content! You lost 100 pounds!. You are noticing the major differences between your old body and new one!. Other people may not see that and put it in the context that you are still fat!.

Someone can be overweight according to the BMI and be fat and someone can be right on target according to the BMI and be fat!.

Screw those people!. The only person that should be concerned is you and your doctor for health reasons!. I gotta agree with Katie on knowing when the rest of that wieght will go!.!.!.but doesnt mean that what you accomplished was any less!.

After I graduated from high school I was 5'7" and 240 pounds!. Over the next three years I went down to 155, so I lost about 85 pounds!. Even though people told me I looked great, I still felt as big as I was when I started!. I would have rathered be a little heavier and happy with it even if people still said I was fat!.!. Since that point I yo-yo'd a bit!.!. I went down to about 130 and then shot back up to 180, and am working on that right now, but even as little as 130 I STILL wasn't happy! So I think if you can find a weight that makes you happy, that is ALL that matters!. I recommend only listening to yourself on that matter, because if you listen to what other people say about it then it's going to change your happiness about your body, and with the world the way it is right now with supermodels and "perfect-looking" people all over tv, if you can find happiness in your body and shape, then BY GOD, ENJOY IT! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your BMI (body mass index) is 29!.5 and it should be between 18!.5 and 25 to be in the healthy range!. Yo've done really well to lose the 100lb but for the sake of your health, not vanity, you should try and get down to around 140lb, this will lessen your chance of getting heart problems and type 2 diabetes!. I don't mean to be unkind but for health reasons you should try and do this, eat 5 portions of fruit and veg and a low fat diet, exercise regularly and you'll probably feel even better than you do now! Think of it as a lifestyle change for your health and not about being fat or thin!. Some people can manage it, others can't!.!. this may be your ideal weight for you so if you can't manage it don't beat yourself up!. Good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do the math!. If you should lose some more weight then do so!.!.I have been fat most of my adult life and I know that I have lost a lot of weight and end up putting it back on with interest!. The chances of are greater
when you are complacent with your current weight!.

If you are told to lose weight!. Consider the source!? maybe you will never be a skinny person but you should not have to deprive yourself the rest of your life!.!.you will have to find a eating pattern and a exercise program that you can live with where you you won't feel
deprived all the time!.!.!.because your weight will come back if you are
not losint their weight for the right reasons!.!.The right reasons are because YOU want to lose the weight and don't lose it for someone else as this will lead to failure!.!.I am going back to a diet doctor as my last diet was a failure!.!.!.!.sigh*Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all congratulations on your weightloss success and it is great that you now feel great about your new body and that is something to be very proud of!.

But I am sorry to say that you are over weight, your BMI is currently 29!.3 That means if you are overweight and if you gain 0!.7 pounds you will be considered obese!.
Remember you should be proud of yourself as you have done a great job so far all you have to do is continue to get within that healthy weight range for your height which would be 101-135lbs!.

I hope you continue being sucesful on your journey and dont allow people to make you feel bad about your progress, you did very well!
