Question: How to safely and healthfully lose 10 pounds!?
I'm 5'8" and about 126/127 so I need to drop some weight (arranging a modeling audition)!. I know I won't get super tiny healthfully by the time I see them, but I want to be able to tell them that I'm in the process of losing it!. So- best way to get to 116!? I can't starve or restrict too much because I'm hypoglycemic- I don't want to put myself in a diabetic coma over dropping a dress size, plus I don't want to totally f-ck up my metabolism!. Could you give me a planned out daily exercise regime (keep in mind that I just want to tone up and thin out, not get muscular, and I mostly need help around my butt/thigh/lower stomach area) Thank you in advance!
