How much would i lose?!


Question: How much would i lose!?
School days=

What ill eat-
breakfast- egg whites (with ketchup) and a apple or orange
Lunch- school cafeteria food (salad or sandwich with fruit, etc!.)
Before sport snack- carrots or granola bar, possibly some type of fruit

Work out-
Swim team- after school from 3 to 5 (im on varsity)
After swim- ill run 3 to 4 miles (after practice)

The days swim practice is in the mornings, 2 out of the 5, i wont run
i might strength train at school, maybe, i haven't decided yet
And days i have competitions i wont workout, besides competition

Weekends=

Saturday- cheat meal
Sunday- sauna and, yoga workout

i will eat what ever i want on the weekend try to stay healthy but all in moderation


Stats=

age- 16
height- 5' 8!.5''
weight- 157

So how much do you think ill lose if i continue this for three months (till swim season ends)!?
