How do i lose the rest of the weight?!
Question: How do i lose the rest of the weight!?
in september, i made a life change to lose weight from 180 pounds to about 150-155 lbs!. So far i have made it to about 165 lbs, and im very proud of myself!. However, it doesnt appear to me or anybody that i have lost weight!. Please send me better tips on eating or an explaination to my issue!. Heres my eating plan on a normal day:
Breakfast: Coffee and Weight smart oatmeal
10:45 green beans, salad, and/ or a cup of soup
2;00 popcorn
6;00 veggie burger or soup, along with some occasional snacks
