Weight Lifting question.?!


Question: Weight Lifting question!.!?
I was just wondering!.!. What is a good and proper way to work out!?
Which muscle groups should i work out together and such!? I was thinking, Chest and arms, Back and legs!.!. Anyone got any other ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dedicate a day just for arms!. Really works!. Muscles aren't fatigued and get good results!. Switch things up!. I never recomend doing legs and any other muscle!. Your legs are the biggest most important muscles in ur body!. Take the whole day on them!. Definetly don't do back and legs cuz these are the 2 largest muscles on the same day!. Good luck bro

The best one I have seen is:
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: off
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Shoulders/Arms/Abs

I have tried numerous methods and this is by far the best!. Concentrate on slow, controlled reps (2 seconds up, 4 seconds down) and use proper form!.
I used to throw triceps in with chest and biceps in with back but I see much more just concentrating on chest and back by themselves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
