Losing fat in my mid section?!


Question: Losing fat in my mid section!?
i have lost 30 pounds over the summer before entering my senior year of high school!. Above my upper abs i look ripped, however my hips and lower belly still hold alot of fat ( It runs in the family )!. Does anyone have any suggestions or supplements that could help me trim it down!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
