Question: Atkins Diet Question - !?

I bought some High Fiber bread!. I know on Atkins you subtract FIBER from the carbs but what I was wondering if you subtract ALL the fiber because half of the fiber was SOLUABLE FIBER and the other half was Insoluable!.

I used to use Atkins too and hated it!. So much measuring and starving lol!. Luckily for me I found something better maybe you should try it as well!.!.!.at least you wont have to do math all day right!? Here are the websites
