Short workout help needed?!


Question: Short workout help needed!?
hii

im dj,16,(17 in 2months)

height around 6(5'11 2be exact)

weight around 95 kilos(a bit over weight)

i have a very busy time table,my coll starts at 8 am,and ends at 8 pm

so,can some1 pls post a short 15 min or sumthin like dat workout which wud at least make me loose my "belly fat",and get a good "chest"!?

First of all you need to make sure you are eating as healthy as you can!. Low sugar intake, high fiber, limit fried foods as much as possible!. If you have to drink soda, try to switch to diet soda!. Second, jumping rope burns a LOT of calories!. If you can work up to 10 minutes a day, you will start to lose weight!. Use the other 5 minutes to do push ups for the chest and arms!. just a quick run for about 10 min to get your heart pumping blood and a few sit ups but you cant exactly get a good work out in 15 you can try billy blanks taibo bootcamp edition i have it and they have a 10 min ab buster included its a 3 disk set!! it works as long as you keep up with it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a friend who has the most RIPPED abs and all he does is 300-500 crunches a week!. Of course, he also eats descent, but that's not hard to do at all, even eating fast food everyday!.

If you want to work on your arms, throw in some push-ups as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do 100 jumping jacks everyday and it doesn't take that long to do! Jumping jacks help tone the whole body! Www@Answer-Health@Com
