Question: How to lose weight as quick as possible!?
I'm wanting to lose at least 10 or 15 pounds as fast as possible!. I saw on an episode of MTV True Life a while back that this girl ate nothing but cottage cheese to lose weight for a pageant!. I hate cottage cheese, but is there something else I could eat that would still fill me up and make me lose this!? The only thing I can think of is fresh vegetables, but how do you satisfy your cravings for other stuff!? I have very little self control when it comes to food!.!.!.
