Time to get serious about losing weight and losing the man chest.?!

Question: Time to get serious about losing weight and losing the man chest!.!?
Okay well, im current 5'10 and weight exactly 200 lbs!. i've lost 20 pounds ever since the day i started brenchpressing!. I would bench press every weekday for 30 minutes (thats how long each gym period is!.!. for my school) I've maintain my weight at 200lbs during the whole summer, without bench pressing!.!.
(Max bench = 205 before school end, right now its 175)

Right now!. I'm thinking about losing another 35 pounds, i don't need to lose weight fast!.!. I can go slow!.!.!. I've researched about diet and such, and im not eating white rice, bread or anything with flour in it!. So i can lose my man chest!.

Should i continue weight lifting and lose weight because of a more needy metabolism!.!. or shall i change my routine for maintaining strength and lose weight!?

Well the main question really is!.!.
Should i continue weight lifting and let the lifting burn my fat over time!.!. or change my routine!.!.!?

Thanks, will choose best answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
ok, just so you know theres no such thing as "spot burning!." Meaning just because you work out your chest doesn't mean you'll lose fat in your chest!. You'll lose it from where ever your body decides to take it (genetics play a big role in this)!. Now Im all for lifting weights!. I lift 4-5 times a week myself!. But if you want to lose weight you want to do more aerobic exercises, like jogging and swimming!. You will burn calories faster, and thus lose weight faster!. Good luck, and I hope you reach your goal!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would add some interval running to your plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
