Question about weight watchers?!

Question: Question about weight watchers!?
I'm 15 and I'm considering starting weight watchers!. I'm 130 pounds and I want to lose 10-15 pounds!.

Does weight watchers work as well when you have less weight to lose and are already near your ideal weight!? Do I have to work a little harder because I'm a teenager, or no!?

Sorry if these are dumb questions, but I've never really dieted before!.

Another question, have you tried weight watchers!? Does it work!?
Any other good dieting tips you'd like to share!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, I lost 85 pounds with WW five years ago, so I can attest to the fact that it works! I think only having 15 or so pounds to lose will work nicely with WW!. I would recommend that you go to weekly meetings as that is what makes the program special!. You will learn so much and get so much support!. Because you haven't dieted seriously before, I suspect that you'll lose weight fairly easily!. The more you yo-yo, the slower you lose weight!. Just be sure to follow the program if you join!. After the first 3-4 days, the weighing, measuring, and writing down the food isn't a big deal at all!.!.!.good luck with it! My question is do you need to lose 10-15 lbs!? How tall are you!? Do you play sports or exercise!? You said that you have never dieted before, and Weight Watchers is not really a diet!. It's a lifestyle change - you can eat whatever you want, based on how many points you are allowed, but it is all in smaller portions!. Teaches you to eat healthy and in the right size portions!. Be careful going down the dieting highway!. I started as a teen, and I am now in my 30's and have spent my entire adult life yo-yo-ing back and forth with weight loss/gain and trying pretty much every diet out there!. Just focus on being healthy!. That is what is most important!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
