Sudden loss in wanting to eat, before I ate a lot.. what is it?!


Question: Sudden loss in wanting to eat, before I ate a lot!.!. what is it!?
These past few days i've eaten almost NOTHING!. today I had like nothing for lunch or breakfast, yesterday too!.!.

dont get me wrong, before I ate a lot!.!.!.I always had an appetite

I KINDA wanna stop eating, not for annorexia but I wanna become thin!.!.!.and dieting doesn't work

I heard not eating makes you fatter!.!.!.so what if I just ate VERY LITTLE!?

SOOO !.!.would NOT EATING make me lose weight more rapidly!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

your developing an anorexics mind, believe me, I know, I was diagnoised with anorexia 2 years ago and am still struggling with it!. Your mind is playing tricks on you, you've already convinced it that it is fat so your making yourself think your not hungry because deep inside your starving yourself on purpose!. Your at a very early stage but it will get worst if you do not correct it now!. If you eat very little you will just lose all your fat and then once your body is done feeding off the fat it has nothing and then you begin dying because your body has no nutrients!. So I know what your thinking!. Why don't I just eat little until all my fat it gone and then I'll start eating again!? Thats what I told myself and when I got to 55 pounds I keep saying I will have to maintain my weight so I have to keep eating the same way!. Once you get to that point your mind no longer thinks properly, now that I'm in recovery I realize the things I thought were absolutely insane!. If you keep doing what your doing eventually you will get hungry because your body will say enough is enough I NEED food now!. But your mind will be to crazy and you'll starve yourself to death!. So stop now!. Please get help or start eating!.

Sounds like you are almost anorexic (it is a disease that effects your mind and image of yourself) it is your brain probably making you feel not hungry!. AND YES you do hold onto fat, because when you don't eat your body goes into starvation mode and preserves fat and burns muscle!. So you will be weak and have no definition or tone, mostly look lumpy!.

You would lose weight more rapidly by exercising and eating healthy, high protein, high fibre foods are best, along with lots of water and vegetables!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
