How to fit in exercise? ?!

Question: How to fit in exercise!? !?
I have about 80 lbs to lose!. I am quite overweight!.

I just started a new job, teaching, am newly married, with stepkids, and am just feeling so overwhelmed by all the changes, and how busy everything is!.

I know I need to exercise to lose weight, but by the end of the day, it seems I haven't found the time!.

Could I just hear some inspiration from others on how they find time, and make time, and keep their motivation to exercise, in spite of a busy schedule, etc!.

thanks!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

This will not be easy!.!.!.!.!.!.but then again anything worthwhile never is!
I have a busy life, work full-time, have a house, kids and bloke to look after and the only way I manage to fit exercise in is by getting up at 5!.30am and going running!.!.!.!.!.!.and take it from me when everyone is asleep and its freezing cold, I want to cry!.!.!.!.but when i've done my couple of miles I'm jumping around the house, annoying everyone as I feel i could take on the world!. It is Very hard to stay focused, but when I see and feel the results, it's worth it a million times over

Good luck!.!.!.!.!.!.hang on in there and you'll make it :o)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps a different approach would help!.

In truth, you only need to exercise about 5 minutes a day 3 days a week!. That is a good place to start!. And with such a busy schedule, taking a little "me" time might be a good idea -- then use 5 minutes of your "me" time to exercise!. It doesn't have to be much, just a brisk walk or a few toe touches or just jump up and down, anything that gets your heart pumping!. If you start out very slow, just 5 minutes 3 days a week, and carve out some "me" time, it won't be long until you will work the rest of the day around THAT time because you will enjoy and look forward to it so much!.

Then if you reach a plateau with your weight loss or feel that you are getting too comfortable with just 5 minutes, increase to 10 -- in no time you will be on your way to the standard 20 minutes a day, three times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i can't imagine keeping up with all that! everyone has a lot to do & i still see people jogging down the street!. i sort of use that for inspiration!. if they can do it, i can do it!. though i don't think i've found time this week! :(

the best way to fit it in is to make diet & exercise part of your life!. don't count calories or anything, just make healthy choices!. & leave food on your plate when you go out!. take some home!. if you get a pedometer, you're supposed to try to go 10,000 steps a day!. so if you walk alot at work, it's encouraging!. if not, then walk to the store or take the kids out to get the rest!. take the steps!. park farther away!. get up to get the remote yourself instead of having someone pass it to you!. just little things like that make a difference!.

good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could try getting up earlier and exercising then

If you're a teacher why not get involved with/start some lunch time/after school clubs that involve some form of exercise - lots of teachers in my school do and not only are they all well respected for it, some of them do say that it helps keep them active!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
