Ha! No way - but I love it! It's very cleansing!. Although if you check out www!.saunafin!.com/health_benefits!.htm, they claim that a 10-20 minute sauna session provides the same metabolic result as a brisk walk due to your heart rate increase!. Check the site out, they have loads of other info on health benefits too!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not cardio, unless your gonna be in a sauna for hours, your not really gonna get anything out of it!. a sauna just makes you sweat, and if you combine it with your cardio exercises ie, running then it will help you lose some pounds, but nothing by itselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

No!.
I would rule out high blood pressure before doing so!Be safe and careful!.
Saunas can help detoxify your body by making you sweat but you can lose valuable fluids if you aren't well hydrated!. Drink LOTS of water!Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO, sitting on your @ss does not count as exercise!. Put down the ho-ho's, get off your @ss and DO SOMETHING ACTIVE!. You have to actually move enough that the flabs jiggle!.
