and u wont gain weight if ur total calorie intake isnt too high nuts should be part of ur diet
have anynut but MAKE SURE they arent roasted they must be in their "raw" stated like not roasted peanuts cocktail peanuts!.!.!.reason being roasted has sugar in it and isnt healthy it's artery clogging

Any nuts- I like pecans, almonds and walnuts!. Just make sure you stick to the serving size as it's easy to go way over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
