Question: If i stop eating for a week what would happen!?
would i loose weight or be sick just help coz i am chubby, 12 and not pretty i think i should stop eating but i dnt wanna go on diet i already excersise alotWww@Answer-Health@Com

i'm not chubby!.!.!.im fat, but my boyfriend calls me fluffy!.!.!.
i tried not eating, and i lasted about a month and a half!.!.!.not good, because when i finally ate again at the end of the month the food i ate stuck to my stomach and made me fatter!.

but i did lose weight when i ate and excersised!.!.this is what i did (even during school, but i stopped like a dummy and now i gained the 23 pounds i lost back, becuase i bacame lazy(er)!.!.lol
-ate breakfast (i walked in the morning) (about7:00)
-snack, peice of fruit (9:00)
-lunch, sandwhich crackers and fruit (12:30)
-snack peice of fruit (about 2:00)
-exercise when you get home, just walk ride your bike, i swam in the river down the road
-eat dinner (before 6!!!!)
don't eat after six if you can help it!.!.!.just try your best!. but if you have the urge for something to eat, get a peice of fruit or veggies, and water!!!!! and if you want something sweet frozen yogurt is always best instead of icecream!.!.!.!.and try to stay away from sodas and koolaid as much as you can!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is about the most unhealthy thing you can do!. You really shouldn't be doing one without the other!. Exercise and Dieting should go hand in hand!. Lets say you do starve yourself for a week: Your Central Nervous System doesn't have any glucose to run it, you will be hungry like none other, you'll be tired and extremely sluggish!. Your stomach will feel like it's caving in!. Also, extreme starving is shocking and taxing to your body!. Chances are after a week of starvation, you will eat even more calories than you were before and you will gain all that weight back (and most likely more) in just a matter of weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you stopped eating for a week, you'd suffer!. After that week was up, you'd start eating again uncontrollably, and probably gain weight!. This is not a recommended practice as it does NOT work!.

If you are interested in losing weight, the best thing to do is to EAT HEALTHY, with reasonable portions!. A balanced diet makes all the difference in the world!. Try and be more active!. If you are not an active person typically, I recommend you grab you iPod or Walkman and go for a walk, at least a mile every few days!.

Also, drink LOTS of water!. This helps immensely!.

just cut all your food portions in half, choose healthy food, drink alot of water throughout the day, and keep exercising - and you should be loosing weight!.

eating nothing for a week will make you loose weight, but when you start to eat normal again, you'll put everything back on and even gain more weight because your metabolism slowed down!. so, DO NOT starve yourself, keep eating - just eat healthier and in little amounts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't eat at all for a week you'll collapse, especially if you're exercising!. Not eating is bad for you, and your muscle will disappear before fat will, so you will be flabby and malnourished!. Don't try to lose that much weight in one week!. Eat a balanced, meat-free diet and do a reasonable amount of exercise and you can lose the weight, if you in fact have enough weight to lose 20 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you stop for 1 week you are gonna lose weight but the first day you eat again you are gonna gain back everything! And you have to eat think your body like a car!.!.!.!.needs fuel!. If you are chubby and don
