It's OK to have a rest :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

no in fact, you're better off if you don't exercise everyday!. I know that sounds stupid, but it's true!. When you give your body a rest, it gets time to reshape and tone your body in order to perform the exercises you've introduced to it!. If you don't rest you could end up getting injured and have excess lactic acid in your muscles, which causes aching!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually it will help!. Muscles are created during rest mode, and muscles burn more fat even during sedentary times!. Skipping a day also helps you avoid burn-out/over-training!. Over training can sometimes lead to injury!.

So take a day off, YOU DESERVE IT!

Good Luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are skipping a regular routine workout, then its not OK!. If you can skip one you might skip more, and that's the beginning of the end!.

If you are having a regular break from routine, then that is good!. Nobody should do their routine 7 days a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't see the harm as long as it is occasional, only if this day skipped is out of the usual resting days!. If not, then you should do it more often because rest is just as important in an exercise routine!.

I hope you get the results you want!. Don't overdo it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes but no!.!.!. yes because your body will relize that it can ake a day off wenev it wants and youll have the want to not exercise more (opposite of nicotine) and no because!.!. if u can over come the mental part of it u can take a break wenev u need time or just fell like relaxingWww@Answer-Health@Com

you should skip days!!! some days you need to push it to the limits, then rest one to two days to let your muscle tissue rebuild, that is if you're trying to build muscle in your legs, if not then it's not bad to take a break every once in a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a good idea to take a break and let your body recover!. It also stops you from hitting a plateau - after 6 weeks of the same exercise routine, your fitness pretty much stays the same!. Mix it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's best if you have a rest, a day or two before you do your routine again!. so it should effect you in anyway negative way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no harm in skipping a day!. As long as it doesn't become a weekly habit, you'll be absolutely fine!. It's always good to give your body a rest anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
