What kind of workouts should I do?!


Question: What kind of workouts should I do!?
Im 15 and Im overweight so instead of losing weight, I wanna gain muscle but at the same time, I wanna be able to see my muscles!. What kind of workouts should I do and how many sets and repititions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alright, First you want to be on a strict diet, you want to eat lots of clean protein, and drink lots of water!.!.!. at least 8 glasses a day!. Cut down on junk food, limit yourself with that!.!.!. This is something that worked for me!.!.!. try to eat healthy at least 5 days a week, then one day eat what ever you want!. (But also, remember this, your still a little young yet!.!.!. you still got plenty of time to get jacked!.!.!. but its good that you're starting now!.)

Most people that are over weight tend to keep eating the way they do!.!.!. if you want to gain muscle, it has to be a commitment to yourself, otherwise you won't see progress!.!.!.

I would say workout at least 5 times per week at a local gym!. If you don't belong to a gym you can easily workout at your own home!.

Pushups, and crunches are a very good way to gain muscle but, you also want to be very strict on cardo!. if all you do is weight lifting, you won't see any muscle because you have a layer of fat covering your muscle!.!.!. Therfore you need to do lots of running swimming etc!.

Oh, do at least 500 crunches a day for at least six months!. Trust me it worked for me, i use to be just like you when i was younger!.!.!. Now i have tight six pack abs!. Girls love to see me with my shirt off lol, But remember eat healthy, i am on a strict diet, but im also lean and mean!.

Remember it can be done man, just work at it!.!.!.

All the girls will eventually be wanting you, also remember a good personality is more important then the way you look, but don't worry i know what you mean!.!.!.

drink plenty of water and eat lots of good protein like cooked/baked chicken, salmon, turkey!. eat fiber do about 5 sets of 35 crunches every night and 2 sets of 50 in the morning!. do stretches often!. push-ups 2-3 sets of 15 every night and morning!.run as much as you can!. also eat an apple and water for breakfast for a few weeks and it will boost your metabolism really good
