She's allergic to nuts, so Trail Mix is not the answer!.

Okay, dried fruit that has nothing to do with nuts, such as dried mango from the Philippines, or Banana Chips, as they do not get spoiled without a fridge (normal apples do fine too)!. Also, see if you like cheese and beef jerky, those are pretty healthy in protein, though you may not like the sugar in these two items!. You may like Yogurt!. Yogurt is a great snack which fills you up to a point!. If you are a heavy eater, bring sandwiches and grab a lot of fluids!. It's really hot there so you need all the energy you can get! For breakfast, get some cereal and buy some milk in the 7-11 or something!.

Have fun on your trip there! You can also eat out!. Just sit back relax and eat all you can!. With Buffets, you can never go wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you are not sitting in a car!.!.!.
whole grain bread, fruit, cheese, vegetables, salad, (make sure when you get there, that you order some meals with meat - for iron, when you're at a resturant)

For snacking in the car!.!.!.
celery sticks!!!.!.!.too many fruits as you sit in a car makes you feel all bloated with all its water capacity!.!.!.!.or carrot sticks work too!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

bring a lot of fruits since they won't spoil and you could bring snack foods like veggie booty!. other than that everything else will require a fridge!. You can also bring meal replacement bars (preferably the organic ones)!. and dried fruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yogurt, cheese, cooked pasta, fruits, vegetables!. Your allergy shouldn't inhibit you that much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pack Paninis, fruits, bread, and cereal bars (without nuts of course)!.
