I went on a Halloween candy binge last night!. But I prepared for it a week before by eating healthy and exercising, and I plan on resuming the exact same routine starting today!.

You are at a healthy weight being 5'1" and 100 lbs!. I wouldn't try to lose anymore weight, instead cut back on the candy and focus on eating more healthy and getting in your exercise!. If you've gained anything from a chocolate weekend chances are it won't be more than a pound!. Remember it takes 3,500 calories OVER what you normally eat to gain a pound!. So if you usually eat 1,600 you'd have to eat 5,100 in one day to gain a pound!. It's easier to do it on a weekend where you have 2 or 3 days, but in all honesty if you nip it in the bud right now you won't have done much damage!. Get back on track and anything possibly gained will come right back off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You put the chocolate in your mouth, so its no ones fault but yours so if you gain weight your just going to have to deal with the consequences!.

Stop worrying so much and go do something better with your life!. A few pounds wont kill you, you could stand to gain some weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
