Does zoloft make you fat?or gain any weight at all?!

The reason it seems that Zoloft (along with other anti-depressant) makes you gain weight is because they make everything slow down in your body like your metabolism!. It also increases your appetite!. In orfer to maintain your weight you need ot keep in mind that you will be alot more hungry and tired (might want to sleep more) so try to keep moving and eat healthy!. Keep your hunger satisfied with healthy high protein low fat/carb snacks and sip 8 8onz water bottles during the day and that should help you not gain weight and the meds will help you stay balanced emotionally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I took Zoloft for years!. It doesn't work!. I did gain weight!. Now I have learned to exercise, stick to a vegetarian diet and stay away from alcohol!.
I would suggest you try the same regimen!. Depression is just an imbalance in the system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not aware that Zoloft affects your appetite!.

I have been taking for five years and have never had a side effect!.
