Question: How can i help someone who is obese class 2 and wont listen!?
my sister is obese class 2 and is only 11!. my parents have spoken to her and she doesnt listen!. she still eats alot sneaks snacks, and with her birthday money she goes out and buys food we dont let her but she gets around it!.
ive explained to her when i was her age i was fat but i wasnt as big as her!. she goes agro all the time!. she never excersises!. and never stops eating!.
we eat healthy food for dinner and lunch!. i dont want my sister to die before the age of 20!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry,but you can't help someone who won't help herself!.
It's up to her to decide to lose weight and start following a healthy diet,she can't be forced into it!. Eating that much
may be a symptom of a deeper problem!. Maybe you could suggest to your parents that she get counseling!. The idea may meet with resistance,but it sounds like there's a problem and her health is at risk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
