Just started Weightlifting ....?!


Question: Just started Weightlifting !.!.!.!.!?

what kind of exercises are you doing!? certain exercises build more muscle than lose weight!. if your wanting bigger arms or tighter abs rather than lossing weight, try going to www!.exerciseloss!.net and looking at the their exercises!. I've found them really helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight training is the worst thing you can do!.!.!. Make sure you eat more carbs like pasta spuds rice etc if you need to put on weight!.!. Let your muscles build themselves up naturally and walk briskly for exercise!. I did lots of weight training when I was younger and had a great body, thinking I was doing good for myself!.!.!.Now my joints are f****d and I have osteo arthritis in every joint and in severe pain!.!.!.!.!.nothing can be done for me now, only to take strong pain killers often!.
