How often and how much do you exercise?!


Question: How often and how much do you exercise!?
Answers:
I exercise 13 times a week!. I go to the gym on mondays, tuesdays, thursdays and sundays!. I go for a 5 mile run on wednesdays and fridays!. I have rugby on mondays, wednesdays and sundays!. i have gealic football on wednesdays and saturdays and hurling on tuesdays and saturdays!. busy busyWww@Answer-Health@Com

morning routine- jump rope 10 mins, 50 push ups, 50 crunches, run 10 mins!. every day!.
50 push ups before bed!.
3 mile walk to college (45 mins) every day
3 mile walk home from college (45 mins) every day
gym 4 1/2 hrs a week - treadmill, rowing machine, weights, step climber etc
30 mins swimming once a week
1 hr kick boxing/aerobics once a week
and walking around as much as possible during the day, fidgeting, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whenever I can, I go to the gym!. I usually stay there for two or three hours and in that time, I run, lift, and play volleyball!. If I don't get to the gym, I go on a run around my neighborhood or I do crunches and strength training at home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

only at school in pe lessons (they are compulsary)!. thats like!.!.!.!. once a week!. each lesson is 45 minutes long and since i have double lessons it means that i exercises about 90 per week!.

i exercise 2 times a day i walk, jog, push ups, crunches the whole 9 yrds lol well i go to a gym so yeah i do everything there 2 times a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

I exercise hard core 3 times a week, for 5-6 hours every day i exercise so 15-18 hrs a week, not including streatching and gym class!.why do you want to know!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've kind of slacked off the last 3-4 days, but usually I walk 45 minutes every day!. I'm trying to jog more now that the weather is cooler!. I also ride my bike and do aerobics occasionally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
