Question: Im 13 and kinda chubby what should i do to loze easy wait!?
im 13 and i eat healthyer than most kids i know im very selfconsious aobut my weight and i try so hard to eat helthy i dont eat my candy at holoween i sell it and i eat kashie and specila k too and i play sports are thayr eny dies that are easy to do like a simple meal plan and this happens to all the people in my famly but they lost it all at the 8th grade and im in the 7th and very woredWww@Answer-Health@Com

i was over weight for years all through elementary and then all through high school, by the end of high school i was 50 pounds over weight and doctor said class 2 or 2nd degree obese, my solution was get a personal trainer and work out in a martial arts gym 4+ times a week

look up your idea of "kinda chubby" online, vs your hight, sex and age, i thought i was "kinda chubby" 2 and i was far from it

I doubt that you finished puberty yet, to that's why your chubby!. Your going to grow so don't worry about being chubby!.

Also, I would suggest listening in spelling class!. So you can learn how to spell correctly!. When your a kid it is very effective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
