can someone tell me, for endurance, do i pic 3 or 4 exercises per muscles, and is it 3 or 4 sets per exercise!?!?!? with 1 minute rest between each set!?!?

Endurance you want to be doing 75% weight, 3 or 4 exercises(whichever you cope with best, maybe start at 3 then move on as you get stronger), definitely 4 sets with 30sec to 1 min rest depending entirely if you are going to complete the 4 sets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
