What's the best way to get abs?!


Question: What's the best way to get abs!?
For some reason I've decided I want abs, so what's the best way to get them fast without buying something!? I don't mind doing sit ups, so if you recommend me doing a number of them every day that would be cool!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try crunches!.!. sit ups tend to work on the upper abs more then lower!. but you just have to make sure youre doing the crunches right

lay on your back with your legs bent and feet on the floor with your feet shoulder length apart

cradle your head with your hands and keep your elbows straight out so you cant see them in your peripheral vision!.!. and keep them like that as you tighten your abs and bring your shoulder blades off the floor!.

make sure your chin stays far away from your chest and youre looking up at the ceiling instead of at your knees

do these untill you cant feel your stomach!.!. then do 10 more

relax your neck and rock your head side to side

then do more crunches, the same way, except now bring one elbow to your opposite knee (try to get both shoulder blades off the floor)
and alternate sides

make sure as you tighten your abs, youre breathing out and breathing in as you relax them

there are other ab excersizes you can look up on youtube if you want!.!. but if you do crunches the right way every day and eat healthy food and good amounts of lean protein, you should have abs in no time

(if you have some stomach fat, youll have to do some cardio too in order for your abs to actually show)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, firstly, you will probably need to change your diet (unless its very good to start with) because even if you develop abdominal muscles, they won't show up unless you lose fat!.

Secondly, I have a really great ab workout that I got from a magazine!. I was a bit skeptical at first, but seriously, in a few days I could already see improvements!. By the way, if you only do sit ups or crunches without other exercises to balance it out (like the ones in the plan above) it actually makes you hunch-backed, because it pulls the muscles in a certain way!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight rapidly then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as rapidly!. yes, sit ups and crunches!. but when u do they crunched be sure to hold ur neck b/c i kwnnow ehn i do them my neck hurts mroe then my stomach!.

S/U -all the way up!.!.!.prob about 40 a day (20 rest 20 more)

CRUNCHES -just ur head goes up!. 60 a day(20,20 then 20) after soem time u can do 30 then 30!.!.!.!.!.!. i dont kwno how many u can do so it sup to u how u want to split them
