What type of exercise(s) do you do to stay fit?!


Question: What type of exercise(s) do you do to stay fit!?
I've always loved aerobics but now I've hurt my ankle I can't do it anymore so I've just bought an exercise bike!. My fitness is quite high but I've decided to take it easy on the bike until I get used to it!. I normally workout 5 days a week for roughly 45 mins!.!.!. I really enjoy exercise!. Well i am only 14 and really lazy but i walk 2 miles every day (School walk)
If i go out its more!.

A recumbent bike will take the stress off your ankle!.
Using stretch bands (or others, lifting weights) and while balancing on one leg, put your body into a position where it is constantly readjusting and will strengthen core as well as work the muscle groups for the exercise you are using!.

I'm a senior so doctors have suggested that anyone can derive great benefits from brisk walks of at least 30 minutes, as far as cardiac fitness is concerned and the aerobic benefits come from the deep breathing on the walk!.

So I walk twice a day and do weight training and recumbent bike for another 1/2 hours at some point in the day,(When there is a good TV show)

I have just started working out every second day!. I do 30 mins of high intensity cardio every second day - running on treadmill, exercise bike or cross trainer!. I also try to do pilates once a week!. I do weights twice a week too but stopped recently due to back pain!.

Working out every second day is hell for me - you must be very fit to do the amount you do!. You do the amount that models and celebrities do!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep cycling is fantastic, if your ankle recovers skipping is excellent, but cycling is enough to stay healthy!. I cycle myself and like to get in 10 miles a day hoping to do more when I have the time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, I plug in my mp3, close my curtains and dance!. Sounds a little bit weird I know, but it really works for me, and it's fun :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
