Question: Omg i am like terrified help:(!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?
almost everyday i am thinking about my weight i just weighted myself a couple a seconds ago and it said that i was 136lbs and my height is like 5'7 is this normal!?!?!?!?!? i just feel that i need to work out even more i use to work out for 4 years and i even played sports but i stopped after two years and now i feel like im going to become fat :( and do not want that to happen

and when i do workout i do cardiovascular work i dont do weightlifting because i always thought it was a guy thing but what are some tips to keep me going again!?!?!? i really enjoy swimming what can i do with that!?!? im thinking about taking college swim classes next year

reguarding nutrition i dont eat until after long periods of time and when i did exerise i overexerised and didnt eat anything at all unless i was really really starving because food=calories and fatness


any advice!?!? anything!!?!!?! omg i do not want to become fat because guys are not attracted to that and i want to look and feel good!!!!!! :(

if you want to loose weight then portion control and drink loads of water and exercise! adn dont eat junk foods eat healthy things for snacks like banana with peanut-butter or with a meal have a special K water it will help with the portions you eat!
