Question: My new meal plan, Please give me some advice!?
'm 135 lbs!. untoned and 5'7!. I need to lose weight and gain muscle and strength!. My goal is to get down to 7% body fat and a lean six pack!. I do cardio, weights, and play hockey so just give me advice on my meal plan please!. Am i eating too much, and are my fats, carbs, and proteins proportionate!?
Meal 1: 1/3 cups egg white, fat free milk, fruit
Meal 2: turkey, whole grain bread
Meal 3: 1/2 whey protein mixed with 1 scoop of peanut butter (for fats) But necessary!?
Meal 4: fish (how much) or lean beef or chicken, brown rice, (fat free yogurt too much)
Meal 5: 1 scoop whey protein, grapesWww@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like a good meal plan, though you might want to increase your intake a little!.
Yes, eat the peanut butter!. Your body NEEDS fats (unsaturated) in order for cells to work properly!. Saturated fats are solid at room temperature, therefore harder to breakdown!. Trans fats are chemically altered saturated fats that your body does NOT recognize!. They basically never get consumed (in other words, avoid frosting)
Cook you fish/chicken (beef is higher in fat so I would stick to the leaner meats) in olive oil!. This is another kind of good unsaturated fat!.
Like olives or avocados!? Eat some of those once everyday or two!.
If you want you could eat more eggs, and just eat egg whites!. It has all the benefits without the cholesterol!. It looks to me like you will probably be a little hungry!.
A portion size of meat is about the size of your palm!. My palm is small so I don't get that much, but I'm pretty small!. So its all relative!.
