Answers:
I would say look at yourself!. Are you all fat!? Or are you muscular!?

Of course, obviously if your weight comes from fat then you should be at a lower weight!. If it comes from muscle then your fine!.

No one can really say what weight someone should be at!.

have a tape test done to measure your percent of body fat!. Also check the national guidelines that a yahoo search can pull up!. Regardless of your weight - eat healthy, properly, and exercise as you are capable!. and learn how to breath properly - most us us taking breathing for granted!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, probably between 200 and 230 but that's a guesstimate based from a couple of friends who are your height and in shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A very muscular guy at that height shouldn't be any more than 220!. Average weight is between 190 and 215!. If you believe the health charts its lower than that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
