Eating healthy and exercising regularly is key!.
As far as eating goes, focus on eating smaller and more frequently rather than having two big meals a day!. Only eat when you're hungry, and try and eat foods from each pyramid group every day!. This means getting healthy proportions of vegetables, fruits, dairy, poultry, and grains!. Diet books will tell you to eat more in the morning (which means not skipping breakfast) and little at night because in the morning, your body has more energy to burn up those calories, whereas at night, your body may have little energy left, storing more fat!.
Exercising can seem like a hassle!. So finding ways to make it more enjoyable will make it much more of something you want to do, rather than something you feel you "have to" do!. Maybe try socializing at a gym or find a friend who is interested in going to the gym to make it more of a social activity!. If you're on an exercise bike by yourself, you're more likely to focus on the pain you might feel, or how you'd rather be in the shower!. A friend, fun music, or a good tv program can take the focus off of the thought of "exercising" and turn it into a positive time!. Another idea is to talk to someone who is very motivated at your gym, and maybe get some tips from them!. Tell them you're having trouble, and if you could workout with them!. I'm sure they'll enjoy the company as well, and if they're well motivated, this can change your attitude towards exercising!.
Sorry this is a bit long!. But good luck! :) & remember, mind over matter!.

You are comfortable where you are!. Try to honestly imagine yourself at your desired weight!. Would it stress you out!? Would you feel self conscious around people!?
The real truth is not "if this happens, my confidence would litterly take a 180" but the exact opposite! If your confidence would take a 180, you would literally lose 30 lbs!. If you don't believe me, just try it!. I guarantee results!. The fact is that your feelings and your looks are two separate things!. You can have the exact same feelings fat and thin!. Taking care of your physical self is scientific, not emotional!. Try it and you'll see!. BE confident and the weight will fall off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

here is your answer buddy!. your welcome!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, congrats for wanting to lose weight! The first step in losing weight is admitting you want to lose it and are willing to try!. Unfortunately for us women, it's also the most difficult thing to do!

I've been struggling to lose weight for several years now!. Just recently I've discovered a book called 'The fat belly diet' by Prevention magazine!. You can look them up online, but the book is out in stores now!. I suggest getting it and trying the diet!. It's basically giving you instructions on how to reprogram your thinking with food!. In the first week on the diet, I lost about 2 inches and 4lbs and have managed to keep them off!. I've been on the diet for almost 2 months now, and although I'm sort of stuck in a rut currently, I've lost a total of about 15lbs!.

As far as working out goes!.!.!.it sucks!. It's very hard to get into a good workout routine and stick with it!. I've gone through periods of being totally into going to the gym, and periods where I don't even want to think about the gym!. Do you have a workout partner!? Some people do better when they have someone to work out with!. I'm one of those who prefers going alone!. Have you joined a gym!? If not, try one!. Maybe the idea of paying for the gym will be motivation enough for you to go!. Find a class you like!. Biking!? Try spinning! Or maybe a dance class!. If you like dancing, sign up for some dance classes!. I think the key is finding something that will interest you and not make you think that you're working out!. It's very hard, but once you get into a good routine, you're more likely to stick with it!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find what motivates you and choose an activity that you enjoy!.

If you have a workout partner, that could motive you to keep doing it!.
If you set the time and place in advance, that could keep you from putting it off!.
If you like the idea, have a calendar up where you put a sticker each day you exercise so you can see how successful you were by looking at the calendar each night before bed!.
If you need someone to push you, get a personal trainer!.
If you hate to run, don't make yourself run!. Bike, swim, lift weights, play sports, go out dancing whatever you choose, you'll stick with it longer if you like doing it!.
Take a class!. Sign up for an aerobics class or dance lessons, or karate class!. Something that keeps you going and then make a point to make friends in the class!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been there!.!.!.

I took a PE class that's required for my degree in college this semester and you have to work out twice a week for at least 30 minutes with a heart rate above a certain number!.!.!. and you must sweat to pass!. But I want to lose weight anyways so since the class started (6 weeks ago) I've been working out an hour 5 days a week!.

The point is you need a kick in the @ss to make you do it, but once you really start you'll feel so amazing!. I've only lost about 5 pounds so far but I lost fat and gained muscle and I can notice!.

I HIGHLY recommend a class of some sort!.
Gyms like 24 hour fitness offer yoga classes (which are awesome)
And they also have cardio classes
This is EXACTLY what YOU need to get a kick start
I recommend a spinning class, but you can take Tai Chi and others!.!.!.

Find a gym and ask them what they recommend, and if you can afford it try a personal trainer, they WILL keep you motivated and working (just like my gym teacher is doing for me)
