Best exercise for thighs?!


Question: Best exercise for thighs!?
Just wondering what the best exercise is for the thighs!.
For toning and SHRINKING them!.
I want to know from people who have had or know people who have had personal success in this!.

Your best bet is to use a combination of tonigh exercises, and cardio work!. This will shape your thighs, and lose any excess body fat from the area, too!.
Stick with bodyweight exercises, such as squats and lunges!. Doing 4-5 sets of 20 repetitions, about 2-3 times a week, and if you can, do 3 sessions of cardio (running, cycling, power walking) a week, too!. When doing lunges, I recommend walking across the room, doing them, and back again!. You will feel this one for days, trust me!. lol
Avoid fatty and sugary foods, and try to cosume a little more protein, such as chicken, fish, and lean red meat!.
This workout should have ur thighs looking more toned and shaped within a few weeks!. Once you get them to a size you like, tone the workouts down to once or twice a week, just to maintain them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
