How can i lose 40 pounds in 2 months?!


Question: How can i lose 40 pounds in 2 months!?
i need someone to help me lose wieght fast! im currently 180 since i had a baby 6 months ago,
i have baby fat still and am starting to look fat and sloppy (eww)!.

i hate it, clothes look ugly, boyfriend is not digging my looks like b4, feeling like a fat person!.

i need to lose the wieght fast, i want to look god by next year so im willing to starve, excersise, anything (except un-legal things)!.

i need appetite suppresant drugs names, diet pill names,tips, tricks, should i stand and move all day without sitting!? grapefruit diets!? i want to hear your expieriences too!.

I would suggest a cleansing diet!. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month!. I also lost a lot of inches too! I wouldn't recommend losing that much weight in such a short period of time!. You should expect to lose 1lb per week if you drop your caloric intake 500 calories per day!. So in 8 weeks time, expect to lose, 8lbs!. Since, you are a mom, you need to keep your energy up, especially if you are breast feeding!. There are, unfortunately, no quick fixes that aren't detrimental to your health!. The best thing you can do is eat a reasonable diet and exercise!. Go walking with baby, eat more veggies, etc!.!.

hiya hun, you need firstly to lose weight for yourself not your boyfriend sweetheart am overweight myself and my husband would,nt swap me for the world, I dt know your bf love but he should love you for being the mother of his child just on that alone, I would suggest you go to your gp first tell him you are really really depressed and its affecting your social life etc, he may prescribe reductil or xenical but your bmi must be over 27 b4 he will give it to you, failing that try weight watchers good luck xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

40 pounds wow that's a lot!.You would have to work out a lot (playing sports,running/jogging)and you would have to eat healthy foods like:vegetables and fruits!.Still doing that for 2 months will probably make you lose about 20 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hun 40 pounds in 2 months!? that's like 5 pounds a week, way to fast!.
If you're that desperate though, the atkins diet is a good way to go!. But
when it comes to eating normally once you drop the weight, the fact is you cant , you have to stay on the rules of the diet!.

If i was you, i would aim for 3 pounds a week max!. Running is the most effective workout you can do!. At you weight you can burn around 110 calories for every 10 mins you do! Mix that with around 1600 calories a day and your on your way!.
Diet wise - stay away from refined sugar( buns, candy, cakes ) fried foods and drinking! to begin with!.
Also get creative with all the low calorie foods out there!. These so many!.
