Question: Does water make you fat!?
if someone is trying to dramatically lose wieght wouldnt deyhadrating yourself help you lose more body fat because it helps your stomach burn fat!?
so if starving yourself but drinking water wouldnt make you lose more wieght than just not drinking water!?

so water makes your body tempature decrease causing your metabolism to slowdown!?!?

We as humans are made up of over 75% water!. If we don't get enough water, our body actually tries to retain as much water as possible, so although your scale says you've lost weight, you can visibly see your body "gaining" more fat!. This is water retention your body does in order to preserve yourself!. In fact, if you want to lose weight, you would want to drink MORE water because
1!. you get full faster meaning you're eating less and taking in less calories!.
2!. impurities in your body is being flushed out (by impurities, i mean poop)!.
3!. your body will no longer try to retain water, meaning that your love handles will disappear faster when you exercise!.

No water does not make you fat!. First of all, water has no calories or fat!. And, your body needs water to work!. When you drink more water you HELP your metabolism speed up!. I've always heard people wanting to lose weight being advised to drink water!.!.!.

first of all it has no calories so weight can't be gained and if you do that is just water weight which isn't real weight because it goes away on it's own!. If you are worried about this though then you should drink iced water (yes you will have temporary water weight) but it actually causes your body to burn calories in a attempt to make it your body temperature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
