Question: Should I try to lose weight before Thanksgiving!. If so how!?
I'm not overweight!. (5 foot 3 115 lbs) but I don't want to pork up over the holidays as I get older lol!. In the past I would fast for two fays before Thanksgiving & other times I'd eat nothing but soups two days before!. I eat mostly the turkey , masked potatoes, stuffing & green bean casserole (w/o the onions on top)!. Anyway I also don't eat many fruits or veggies!. ANY tips on how to maintain my figure through the next two months will help!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is feasible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight quickly then you will probably put it all back on again just as quickly!. I lost 7 pounds over the past few weeks when I had a wedding to go to, and I did it by following the instruction presented on the site in the box below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You are already borderline being underweight as is!.You are obviously eating unhealthy because nothing but soup for 2 days and no fruits/vegetables is completly unhealthy!. Eat smart,healthy and exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
gradually incorporate as many veggies and fruits in your diet and brisk walk at least 30 mins/day!.!.!.fasting for religious reasons are fine BUT NOT 4 losing weight,please!Www@Answer-Health@Com
