Question: Staying healthy without developing an eating disorder!?
My friend once told me I had some pudge but I don't know I kinda believe her!. I'm 4'7 (I'm a shorty!.!.!.I know) and weigh 79-82 lbs(I'm 12)!. Is this good!? I know it is but I need verification!. Also does somebody have a meal plan (snacks,lunch, breakfast and no dinner) about 1500-1800 calories that is healthy and easy!? I don't excercise too much except I try to walk 30 mins daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You aren't fat and if you are only 12 you really don't need to worry!. Just make sure you eat healthy (don't get an eating disorder) and that you exercise!.!. the rest will work itself out!.

It is full of great lower calorie healthy ideas of foods to eat!. You should stay away from fried food and high fat foods as general practice to be healthy in life!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok,you should have breakfast,lunch,a snack,dinner,a snack!.but a light snacks!.For exercise,you could goin bascketball or any other sport your good at!.If you are not good at sports!.You could walk for 30 mins!.Than go for 40 ,then 45!.but your not fat at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
