Link below does a Body Dynamics report!. Checked your report based on the info you gave - height, weight and age!. Your BMI is 23!.5 and that is a healthy BMI!.

At rest (sleeping all day or in a coma state), your body needs 1397 calories per day for your age, height and current weight!. Considering your level of activity, the report estimates that you need to consume approximately 2100 calories per day to maintain your level of activity and not gain nor lose any weight!. If you reduced your daily calorie intake by about 300 calories (that will be about 1,800 calories a day) and work out a little more in the week (burning at least 200 calories extra per day), you could lose about one pound per week!.

The report also advises a minimum of 55 grams of protein a day in your diet!. It is not extremely accurate but gives you a good idea of what's going on in your body!. It estimates your body fat content to be approximately 29% although it does not take into consideration that your muscle content may be more (due to your physical activity) than an average 15 year old of your height and weight!. A healthy body fat content for women is between 22% and 28%!.

Hope the information helps!. Good luck!.
Sorry - made a mistake on that link earlier!. Correct one now below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calories is a large topic when it comes to weight loss!. We need to understand 3 things: the volume of calories in our food, the volume of calories a specific physical action expends hourly, and last but not least our own personal daily limit of calories!. I learned the responses to all of these issues by learning from the site in the box below, they have lots of instruction, I lost 10 pounds by following their techniques!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

everyone only needs so much exorsise a day, and the amount of food intake should corispond, or vice/ versa!.
if u are a cheerleader, u don't really need aditional exorsise, but that does not mean that u should sit on your butt all day other wise!.
it sounds like you are getting a good amount of exorsise for your age!. the amount of calorie intake for you should be around 2,000-2,250 calories!. as for losing weight, u should be careful!. i certainly don't want u to become anorexic or bulimic!. my main advice to u is don't go calorie counting crazy!. just make a natural "food schedual" like this:
for breakfast; cereal, fruit, milk
lunch; sandwich, glass of water, a vegetable
dinner; meat, vegie, milk!. starch (potatos)
oh, and another thing!. don't be afraid of starchy foods!. they do not have fat!. its what u put on them that makes them faty (like lots of dressing)
just remember, if u want a snack, get some fruit, like an apple instead of candy!.
if u are thirsty, avoid sugary drinks!. have a glass of water or milk!. studies show those who drink water instead of sugary beverages weigh less!.
and don't skip breakfast!. u will have a healthier weight if u don'tWww@Answer-Health@Com

The average adult needs about 2000 calories a day!. However, the number of calories you need is determined by how active you are!. If you are a generally active person you might need more than 2000!. If you just sit around all day (and don't burn any calories), then you probably need less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
