What would happen if i only ate one meal?!


Question: What would happen if i only ate one meal!?
like a water fast, except i ate dinner!. so my mom wouldnt know

i am 14!.
5'2"
and about 150-152

i need/want to lose about 30 pounds!. but in a healthy

I can tell you from personal experience~ your metabolism slows down big time~ just about to a halt~ and you will gain weight!.

Due to health issues~ I have a very hard time eating more than once a day~ I try every day to force myself to eat just a little bit of something 3 to 5 times per day!. Quite often I cant!.

I have gained so much weight I cant stand it!!!

I drink an excessive amount of water due to my fibromyalgia and Chronic fatigue~ both syndromes require me to drink alot more water than normal!.

So dont go about losing weight this way!!!

Well!.!.!.you could just eat 3 really healthy meals instead of only eating one!. For instance!.!.!.you could eat salad for all three meals and work out 30-40 minutes a day!. You will lose 30 pounds in 2-3 months at the longest!. You want to be able to do something that you can do after you lose the weight because if you go back to what you do now, you will gain all the weight back!.!.and fast!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you would lose engery and fel terribleafter a few days of this very bad choice!.!.!.

as well as hurt your growth which you are still doing!.!.

in the end you would eventually start eating normally and gain all the wieght back along with some extra pounds!.!.!.

just try to eat moderate meals (three a day and a light snack!.!. combined with a brisk walk everyday and some other exercises and you will lose in a healthy much more effective way!

AND PLEASE TALK TO YOU MOM AND DR BEFORE STARTING ANY KIN DOF DIET OR EXERCISE PROGRAM BECAUSE DOING IT WORK COULD CAUSE MUCH HARM TO YOU RBODY IN THE LONG RUNWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's possible your body could go into starvation mode and you will not lose any weight at all!. Also, food = energy and you wouldn't have any nor would you be able to concentrate at school!. Wanna hear something backwards!? Eating more contributes to losing weight!. If you eat small meals throughout the day, it ramps your metabolism and helps you to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg plz dont do that !.!.!. after ur 3 days u will crash and eat alot more than u usallly do because ur body is starving!.!.!. if u dont like execising than eat in a healthier way!.!.!. and if ur doing something u dont want ur mom to know about then u know its wrong!!! i dont mean to flip out but stuff like that hardly ever worksWww@Answer-Health@Com
