Question: I want to put off my weight with in one month is it possible!?
i am suffering from excess of heat and dry skin and some problem in my monthly periods!.!.!. i have tried some many tips but it is not helpfullWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how much you want to lose!. Your periods can be a direct reflection of your diet!. It seems like with the heat and dry skin you are consuming too many yeasty foods!. This can definitely disrupt your monthly period!.

Try cutting out any foods with yeast for atleast a month (i!.e!. breads, cheese, beer, etc!.) also try to avoid sugary/fatty foods (cookies, cakes, pastries) because they can contribute to it!.

Fresh fruits and veggies are great and try eating more fish!. Exercise will help too!. If you're a morning person, workout first thing in the morning for half an hour!. Then take a shower and grab some fruits for breakfast!.

Try doing little things too like if you go to a store park in a farthest parking spot you can find and walk!. Use stairs instead of elevators and even walk to work in the morning (granted its not too far)!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do Ramdev baba's yoga every day for one hour, drink lemmon water every day and morning work after finishing your daily work i!.e!. after coming form bath room!. Do it early in the morning with empty stomach and control your diet!. As I had lost twenty k!.g!. of weight within two months by doing this!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

so u wanna put off weight ,use lemon and water every day in early morning, ,if u can do exercise such as simple stretching and aerobics do it properly ,use juice of pumpkin it will be better for u Www@Answer-Health@Com
