Absoutely!. I started using it 5 times a week for 45 minutes about 3 months ago and now i've gone up to a resistance of 4 and extended my training to an hour at a time, which is something i couldn't have done 3 months ago, I've lost just over 20 pounds and I've never felt moe fabulous!Www@Answer-Health@Com

After a back injury, I stopped running or using the treadmill!. I've focused on lighter weights and the eliptical(Precor) at the gym!. Took me a while to get used to the motion,but my wife and I use it daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know it's very good for your heart, like health inside, it's different form just running though, different qualities

eliptical is for cardio!.!.try doing 20 minutes of interval training using the eliptical followed immediately with an hour or two of pilates or yoga!.!.!.do this routine 4-6 times a week and see the results on your mirror in 2 months!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Your circulatory systems will improve and you will feel better!. You may even loose some weight initially but if you want to look slim and toned you need to do more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
