Question: Is it risky for me to be taking these pills!?
You know One a day Women's vitamins, well the back says keep away from children because children under 6 can get Iron poisoning!. But I'm 13 years old!. Is it okay for me to be taking it!?
I have no medical conditions and so far today I've only had an apple and a banana with green tea!. I'm 4'10 and 78 pounds!. Is it safe for me to take one of these pills!?
