How can I be 7 pounds heavier in 4 days??!(10 points)?!


Question: How can I be 7 pounds heavier in 4 days!?!?!(10 points)!?
Its hard to explain but basically I gotta be about 85!.5 pds by Thursday and its impossible to gain all that weight in fat bec that would be way unhealthy and it takes like a week or more to build muscle!.

If I'm not then I can't compete in this big championship game and I've been eating a lot its just my metabolism is faster because I've been doing so much exercise!. How can I fake my weight or something for about 1 hour on Thursday at 3:30 pm NY time!? I currently weigh 79 pounds and am 4'10 and 13 years old!.
So I need to weigh around 86 pounds so that means I need to weigh 7 pounds more!.

strange request but whatever!. like the others said weights work anything from ankle weights (but are much more noticeable) to rolls of quarters (easier to hide)!. also eat larger portions of food but the only way to keep that weight on would be if you stopped exercising until this competition!. if you can't do that then faking the weight by using the weight method is your best chance!.!.!. gown wise do they check under it because if they dont then the quarters would work and you could also try strapping some around your stomach it is not noticeable if you get it flat enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

healthly is impossible, but maybe its the best idea to be unhealthy and gain it in fat if it is that important to you, you can lose it afterwards

otherwise put stones in your pockets or sand in the linings of your clothes just for that hour lol

weight belts!. you can increase your weight up to like 3 pounds just by drinking a lot !. but if you really need to then dont excersize and do eat a lot

i don't know if it can be done in that short of time, and it's probably not a very healthy thing to attempt, but!.!.

eat and/or drink LOTS of protein!. vitamin stores sell weight gaining protein powders!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wear extremely thick clothing, put weights in your pockets!? I recommend just eating lots of chocolate, without feeling guilty, cause you need the weight!. Don't exercise till the game!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat a lot of bread products right before bed
they are fattening, and if you eat right before bed, it doesn't get worked off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

High salt!.!.!.but be very careful!. Salt will make you retain water!.!.!.but I really doubt on your small frame you'll be able to retain 7 pounds!.
