and i can imagine you want flat abs not 6 pack abs so once your done doing this routine strech you stomach by leaing back to keep your abs!.

Lay flat on your back with your hands straight above your head!. Have someone strong hold you feet down!. Then slowly lift the top part of your body until you are perpendicular to the ground!. Then slowly go down the same way!. Do 5 sets of 15 reps of this!. 25 second rests in between!.

Rest for a minute!.

Now lay on your back with your hands under your butt!. slowly lift your legs into the air until they are perpendicular to the ground!. slowly put them back down to the ground, but make sure you lightly tap the floor with your feet!. Do 3 sets of 15 reps of these!. 20 second rest in between!.

Rest for another minute!.

Lastly to cool down, put your legs straight in the air and leave them there for 2 minutes!. make sure your body make as much of an L formation as possible
