Question: ANy big guys out there, sports players or body builders!?
My friend wants to put weight on and i told her to take protein bars!.
Im guessing they help put weight on!? She said shes afraid they might make her muscles!?
Can somebody help put please!? She wants to PUT WEIGHT ON!.

Increasing your protein intake will only make you heavier if you are currently ingesting less than your daily requirements!. If you combine heavy weight training with an increase in protein as well as a balanced diet, then you will gain muscle and your bones will become thicker and heavier!. If your friend wants to gain some fat then she just needs to increase the total amount of food eaten especially those containing sugar and other refined carbohydrate!. However gaining muscle is a lot healthier than gaining fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if she wants to put wieght on protien bars will do it!. She wont have muscle gain unless she does something to stimulate muscle growth (workout)!. All she really has to do is eat, especially fat and protien!. Tell her i love thick girls and she is on the right track!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
