actually if you could train at least a couple of hours before you go to bed, then you would boost your metabolism up and it will help you burn more calories while you are sleeping!. Also, try drinking a casein protein ( Syntha-6) before you go to bed so your body doesn't go into starvation mode!. hope this helps it helps me!.

When you sit down to eat, ask yourself, "What am I going to be doing for the next three hours of my life!?" If you nap, eat fewer carbohydrate foods; if you plan to train, eat more carbohydrates!. In other words, adjust your carbohydrates up or down depending upon anticipated energy output!. Remember, your pre-workout carbohydrates should be low glycemic!.

People say that, but what they should say is that it's better to exercise during the day, so it's easier to go to sleep!.

But if that's the only time for you to exercise, or when you best exercise, then it's better than doing nothing, and staying unhealthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not at all, i take my 10 minutes exercise before going to bed, even if you want to go to gym is the same, the thing is when you do heavy exercise you should take a shower, and your exercise won't be wasted and you will feel the effect of exercise, you will have a sound night sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

However, You do want to try and give yourself at least 45mins before you go to sleep just to let yourself relax and unwind, you will sleep better and thus improve recovery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
