Question: What can i do in order to see my six pack since i can feel it!?
im 14 years old and weight 147 and i can feel my six pack but can see it what can i do!? i usally do 100 sit ups each dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

The sit ups are great, but you've probably plateaued!. Change up your workouts and give your abs a break and a chance to repair!. They'll probably get stronger once they can recuperate once in a while!.

Dont neglect cardio!.!.!.like running and such!. You are just strengthening the muscles underneath your skin!. Plus you'll burn more calories even when youre not active when the 2 are combined!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to lose the top layer of fat, tho im sure its minimal, so that you can see the muscle underneath!.!.!.xxxx good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Increasing cardio exercises (such as running, spinning, etc!.) is a great way to melt off that layer of fat so you can see your abs!. If you run at least 25 minutes 3 times per week you will be well on your way! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
