Can stress cause weight loss...?!


Question: Can stress cause weight loss!.!.!.!?
!.!.!.even if you are eating more or less the same amount!?
I am (according to my family) losing al ot of weight!. I don't know how to describe myself but!.!.I have like an hourglass figure, but a thin version (I hope that made sense)!. I usually wear a size 6 or 8 (UK) depending on the item and I still wear those sizes!. My eating habits are more or less average!.!.!.but I am always stressed with University, work, and I tend to worry alot about other people like my family,!.!.!.but even though I do stress out a lot I am still a very positive person!.
I guess I do look thinner but I would never want to lose my curves which my Mum and Dad think I am trying to do!.

Sooooooooo can stress cause weight loss with all of the above taken into consideration!?!.!.!.oh sometimes when I am really really stressed I end up crying to myself a lot!.!.!.which I guess gets me depressed about things in life!.!.!.!.but I tend to keep all my worries and depressive thoughts to myself!.!.which kinda hurts alot!.
If its not my stress/depression causing it what could it be!?

Stress actually raises something that makes you retain weight!. Unless your so stressed that you completely stop eating for days on end, your not going to lose weight from stress alone, and should actualy monitor what u eat to prevent any weight gain from it!.

Yes, Stress is the number one killer of heart problems as well as weight lose or gain, excessive stress can cause allot of health issues!. Along with mental issues!. Control your stress and you will have less problems with your weight gain or Loss!. We all handle stress in many ways!.
